Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging when possible
Final Sale Items
Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@fierafierafiera.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll reply with return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@fierafierafiera.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
